How to Get Direct Admission in Top B. Tech Colleges in Pune?

Many students cannot perform well in the entrance exams of engineering and hence cannot take admissions through the counselling process. However, many Private colleges offer direct admission for such candidates who are willing to take direct admission. There are not many good colleges that offer direct admission. NRI students who are from outside India can get admission directly to Private engineering colleges. Acknowledgments are also provided on the vacant seats left after the counselling process. The cost of direct access may be a bit higher than regular admissions. Direct admission seats can be of different types in engineering colleges in Pune -

Management quota seats - These seats are available in Private engineering colleges/ Universities. They offer admission based on 12th class marks directly without any need for entrance exam scores. About 20-30% of these colleges’ total intake seats are reserved as management quota seats. If they are vacant, several merit seats may also be converted into management quota seats.

Institutional level vacant seats - After counselling based on the scores by candidates in entrance examinations, some empty seats are left there in the colleges for which Private colleges take direct admission based on 12th class marks. These seats include the management quota seats. Candidates may also apply for these seats to take direct admission in engineering colleges in Pune.

Question: Is direct admission to CoEP (College of Engineering Pune)?

Answer: CoEP accepts students with merit scores. Scores obtained in the entrance Exams determine the final selection of the candidates. So, candidates cannot get direct admissions.
